Recent changes have been made at
the surgery with the connection to a
national scheme called Choose and
Book.
This is a facility that allows
you, the patient, to choose which
hospital you receive your care from.
Once it has been agreed within your
consultation that you need to be
referred to hospital you will be
offered a choice of 4 hospitals.
