The Patient Information Group is a
group of appointed patients who meet
with members of the practice. They
are all volunteers and unpaid. They
represent the patients’ interests
and are able to suggest ideas for
improvement to the services the
practice offers, provide a patient
point of view in response to
proposed developments initiated by
the practice and explore with the
practice any issues that are of
concern to patients. Members of the
group can be contacted through
either surgery.
