EVENING SURGERIES
For those patients who work and are
unable to attend the surgeries
during the normal working day we
have started a Monday evening
surgery at Sixpenny Handley. This is
for pre-bookable appointments only,
either with a doctor or a nurse. It
is not possible to phone the surgery
at this time as the Out of Hours
Service is responsible from 18:30,
but it is possible to come in and
collect medication or book
appointments. The doors close at
20:30.
CUSTOMER SURVEY
During December and January a number
of you took the time to complete
questionnaires about your experience
of visiting the surgery. These were
sent away to an independent company
who analysed them and sent back the
results in anonymised form. Your
comments in particular are of
interest and we will shortly be
publishing an action plan based on
these.
ONLINE REORDERING
We have now overcome earlier
problems and are in a position to
accept reordering of repeat
medication via the internet. If you
would like to order in this way
please write to the practice manager
who will arrange a login and
password for you together with
instructions for how to access the
system.
